I get told action is being taken but not even a courtesy call to advise anything has happened. Today I rang and spoke to Tony who rectified the issue bless him Vodafone only has certain individuals who are amazing at customer service like tony but the others don't have a clue. If I knew I would have this experience I would of never gone with Vodafone. My bill became over due and all Vodafone did was text me. Shows how much their customers mean to them. The contract was offered as one of the lowest hence why I went for it thinking I've got a good deal. Shortly my phone bill started going up and up until I was paying more than agreed. I've had good customer service today from Tony but all the other times have ruined my outlook on this company . Yes a reduction to my bill was made but money doesn't fix the horrible customer service I received with the agents being smart and rude or acting dumb when they have the notes in front of them. Sadly after my contract ends I won't be coming back to this company ever again and the bad experience I had I have passed to my friends because the fact a company can take so much money just for a simple phone contract and a fee if you don't pay in time. Fair enough if I didn't pay at all my all means the fee would be understandable but I made payments regularly and now they are charging me with a fee without looking out for the customer who might not be able to afford this. A fee none ever told me about it happened to be Tony who actually told me the truth of this fee I'm overall so disappointed I have never experienced something like this before and now I can't trust any of your agents because they might not be telling the truth.
