They messed up my contract and refused to fix it (This is in Spain). I set up an package deal with them for WiFi, 2 sim cards, Tv and HBO for 2 years, with 50% discount for the first year and free set up. supposedly this would cost €68 a month and therefore €34 for the first year. My first bill came in a month late and was €121. I went to the store and they told me to block the transfer and that they would try to fix it. A week later, it still wasn't fixed and they had tried to take the money out again. I went back to the shop and they told me to wait longer. 2 weeks after this, they cut off my phones and wifi on a Saturday. I went to the store again and they shrugged their shoulders told me to complain in the Ayuntamiento (the town hall) and that it was out of their hands. They also refused to give me the number for ANYONE in the company that could help me. I have had to pay the €120 bill to keep my internet and phone going and am currently dealing with the town hall and local government who are trying to help me get a refund. Useless, blame-shifting morons with no idea of customer service. AVOID!
