Extremely poor service bordering with breaking the law.
I was refused a contract based on "computer says no" credit check with Vodafone refusing to provide any explanation. When I checked my credit score and reports from Experian and other credit agencies the score was excellent. If Vodafone refuses a service they should provide a legitimate reason otherwise it is nothing short of unlawful discrimination.
