Should be an option for NO STARS! Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Not one single advisor Is helpful and they are extremely rude and do not even listen to what you are saying. I had to spell my name a thousand times to every single advisor. I mean my name is LEE. 3 characters two of which are the same and I even spelt this using phonetic alphabet but it still took 10 attempts per advisor before they can understand what my name was!! If they cannot understand a name with 3 characters there's no hope for them actually resolving the issue you are calling with. I was given a default on my credit report which I had no knowledge of and when I called Vodafone all I was told was that there is nothing they can do as there is no record and unless I given them a telephone number or account number which relates to this default they won't help me. How can they expect me to give details for an account I wasn't even aware of!! If Vodafone issued customers with defaults it should be their responsibility to beable to provide the customer details of this account and details of the default! If the account doesn't exist then this is a false credit report! I cannot get a mortgage and I am effected financially from Vodafones error and due to their unprofessional staff and shocking record system I am basically being told theres nothing I can do about it! Numerous advisors didn't know how to help so just placed me on hold for 20+ minutes hoping the problem/customer would go away and hang up and then I would just be transferred to someone else who had no idea I had been transferred! An advisor who did this was names SARAH, it is extremely rude and if you are unable to help a customer you should explain you cannot help them and that you will transfer to someone that should beable to. Also I was promised endless call backs which never happened. An advisor called Marwa stated she would check with credit team and call me back next day at 1pm and I even said to her are you sure as I've heard this before and her words were 'yes I will definitely call you tomorrow at 1pm' but yet again she never called. DISGUSTING company and I do not know how you are even still trading. I have heard endless people complain about Vodafone and not had one positive feedback. I have wrote a letter to Credit File team and Complaints department and I expect my issue to me resolved immediately or I will be forced to take further action!!!
