I moved to Vodafone 3 months ago and before that phone was working perfectly fine, as soon as I moved to Vodafone my taxt massages from ee customers were some how blocked until now. someone sends me a massage and on there side it will say sent but i don't receive it. I call these guys everyday and they tell me the same for the last three months that they are escalating the issue from 3 months ago. When I asked them for my pack code they asked me for nearly £400 to cancel my contract this is ridiculous. am seeing my lawyer on Monday because I've lost alot of business since I joined this network.
