So far 8 days after a new phone they have still not managed to transfer the old number - as was requested. Many, many hours on the 'phone, and everyone has said that they have resolved the issue - but no one does.
How can 8 different people not manage to sort this? All of whom say that the previous person hasn't handles it properly but that they will deal with it. I have no faith in them sorting it out.
