Service is quite poor. Took 3 weeks to deliver V-PET Trackers, stating the address was wrong when the address was infact correct. They & UPD said the house / address didn't exist, when it's been here for 300 years!
Product and Apps are beta in quality. Have to return the product for replacement. Unreliable products so far, undependable service. They eve
