We’ve been emailing you for a month now!
We’ve sent over Michelle’s medical records over several times. As the medical team said they would help with Michelle’s high bill due to her health condition and health bills. I really don’t believe this is right and frankly disgusting.
We have already made 1 payment to you which we felt was ideal considering her situation. I believe you are taking advance of sick People and we have made bad complaints against you. We’ve also taken this to ombudsman. We’ve been treated so poorly and so rude by your staff even making Michelle cry!
