Absolutely shocking customer service, being mis-sold contracts, mid advised multiple times, useless agents who don't know what they are doing, having to repeat myself nearly 10 times and they still don't understand, managers have no customer service skills and know even less than their colleagues and it's a shambolic operation that vodafone run. they outsource to some companies who don't give a flying f*ck about customers and give an even less f*ck about doing what's right for the customer. Basically been called a liar multiple times that an agent offered a discount on new handsets and when you ask them to listen to the call, surprise surprise can't listen back more than 90 days ago and basically don't offer any suggestions or support on how to fix the issue. Apart from a few times speaking to good colleagues, whenever there is a problem, nobody takes responsibility and you might as well talk to a brick wall - if you think of joining Vodafone, they're great if you have no problems, but when you do, god help you to get it sorted. I'd stay save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
