Just wasted 25 mins of my life trying to leave Vodafone. Cut off once after 10 mins waiting on hold then again waited with no answer. Ive been with these guys for 22 years. Loyalty means nothing. I did look at getting an upgrade and decided to compare the prices! Made me feel sick to see how much money I've wasted on being lazy. Found a Samsung s9 for £30 a month. 15gb free calls, messages etc. Closest on my upgrade £46 a month and £29 upfront. Lol. Guess what both offers on Vodafone!!! Just looked on tech radar. Rubbish.
