Awful! Keep charging you after you have left no matter how many times you complain!
The speed of my broadband was never as good as with my previous supplier so when I moved house and they gave me the option to leave during the contract (they couldn't provide the same service at the new address) I was really pleased. I called mid-March and they confirmed the cancellation date for 10th April.
16th April I get charged another £24! I contact them via chat, they apologise and say that I will have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund...but my account is definitely closed.
Then I get a text to say they will be charging my ANOTHER £24 on 16th May!!! I contact them again via chat, again they apologise and say that it is definitely closed and they will process the refund
Now it's June and......I've had yet another message to say they are going to charge £24!!! What am I supposed to do to get them to stop billing me!!!!!!!!
Don't go with this company as they will keep charging you after you've left!!! Absolutely awful!!!!
