Same problem 3rd time and wrote to director and there is a team for those complaints as it is obvious it doesnot get resolved before. 2 Payments are leaving my bank account to Vodafone and i cancelled one and they say they dont have 2 payments 20 odd years banking my bank never put money in their account with reference Vodafone with a standing order numer. They accuse me that i try to get their money when they have claimed £20 from sep 2018 to date. Please please dont get the contract unless you would like some distress not worth the discount you would receive. Worst worst service even from directors office complaint team.
