Absolute nightmare. Customer service is a joke. Stuck with them for another two years.
I was trying to cancel my contract with them which I had for a while (too expensive, much better prices with competitors), when they have first presented me with a more expensive option (?!), to which I have said clearly that it's too much and I don't need it. Then a much better option was presented, I was really excited about it. Discussed the new plan in detail, I have confirmed that this is what I would like. The whole process was taking forever, and they new I was in a rush. They have asked me to confirm which phone I wanted (gave me two options), stupid me thought that as I have said that I want the cheaper plan, this is what we were talking about. It was not. I'm stuck with a contract that I do not need, with ridiculously expensive plan and they won't do sh** about it, . Their "representatives" won't help as this is what I have chosen apparently. Again, I told them I need a cheaper plan and this would be the only reason for me to stay, if and only if, I can pay less. Vodafone is a disgrace, do yourself a favour and avoid them at all cost
