This is a prime example of the worst of modern companies. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.
Whilst Vodafone are more than willing to sell you a phone/contact, they then pass all management onto ONE COM. If you have a problem and then try to contact ONE COM (by phone) you are initially kept waiting for, on average 15 minutes before getting through. You will then be greeted by an extremely cheerful young person who is virtually devoid of any technical knowledge other than to tell you to turn your phone on and off for up to a dozen times and if this doesn't work to do the same with the flight mode. So it goes on being passed from one person to another and having to wait a considerable time.
After more than a week of this you may well decide to leave VODAFONE which then requires them to provide you with a PAC code.
VODAFONE will now do everything possible to dissuade you from leaving and also make it as difficult as possible to provide the PAC code.
Companies like this should not be allowed to operate and closed down until they improve their customer service to a reasonable standard.
