this is by far the worst customer service i have ever come across,
i had a dongal sim only for £15 a month the dongal is very rarely used
but i received a bill for £145 when i queered it i was told that i used over my allowance and was charged £6.50 per gig never explained when i took this contract out, so i asked if i could spread the payment they said i could over 6 months but with no data service i waited nearly 2 hours to sort this out finally manage to speak to the most rude obnoxious patronizing person called Erin who insulted me and talked over me whilst trying to speak i decided to pay for the bill on my credit card and cancel my contract i was told i had a £112 cancellation charge i gladly paid that as well just to get free of this company by far the worst company anyone could have the misfortune to deal with Be warned
