Phone contract ran out in May but its now September they are still charging me the same cost even though my phone is paid off. Went into store to sort out and was told its my responsibility to cancel it. Tried to there and then and what a surprise their system was 'down'. They told me to try and online so i did and couldn't do it. I went to live chat and spoke to a man who said he couldn't help me but he would get someone to ring me but hey its over a week later and still no reply. i also have broadband with them on the promise that it would be a certain performance but guess what its a lot lower. going in this weekend to cancel everything.
