I am a trans-femoral amputee and have just received a micro processor knee (Ossur Rheo XC). The prosthetic leg manufacturer has an app that connects to the leg via Bluetooth, it stores information on the knee, but this app is only available on IOS devices and I am on an android device. I approached Vodafone today to see if they would be prepared to help me get an early upgrade (8 months left on my current contract). I thought they would be prepared to reduce the early upgrade charge.
They are unwilling to help me which I find astounding. I have been a very loyal customer, this experience proves that loyalty counts for nothing.
