Is it even worth complaining to this company, I will just leave
If I could give no stars I would. 45 days after giving 30 days notice to switch to pay as you go I am still waiting and getting charged. Another conversation and promise to sort it and I wouldn't be charged the extra time . I made an official complaint and specified evening calls only, every time they rang was mid afternoon and told couldnt call back after 6pm after a new bill and charged for the phone and still no changed to pay as you go. When I called them, another promise that it would be changed and i would be refunded the extra costs. What a joke, I have 4 phone contracts with Vodafone for family , not for much longer. EE LOOKS LIKE A GOOD IDEA
