If I could give a minus score I would.
I have been with Vodafone over 20 years due to convenience through the company I work with. Last year I had my phone stolen and I had to purchase a new handset and sim etc. I was told I had to pay my old contract Until the contract ended (which was 1 year) and also pay the new contract for the new handset alongside this monthly.
I have now been told I need to pay both contracts until end of December 2020 which will be 2 years?!! For a phone I don’t even have!
I am appalled and disappointed in this treatment for being such a loyal customer.
If anyone ever asks me to recommend a phone company I will definitely be mentioning Vodafone as an ABSOLUTE NO.
Also to Vodafone’s disadvantage now, I’m a social media influencer with lots of followers And as my issue has not been resolved, I will be broadcasting my dissatisfaction of Vodafone.
