OMG!!!!! This company has the worst business model ever. If you have a mobile phone contract with them (without phone advantage), and you change provider, but don't leave them a notice of 30 days, they debit you on a prorata basis what you should have paid them. Lucky me, I don't leave a big amount of money on my account for the month, they tried to debit €377.
Apart from that, their customer care reps have a poor english, and I asked one of them if I could speak to a manager, she replied "no". I was fuming.
RIP Vodafone.
