Vodafone sent me a phone 6 days after I cancelled the order twice. The manager of the customer complaints team was extremely rude and lied to me about a conversation he hadn't had with the customer returns team.
I think you need to audit your complaints team Vodafone and listen to the recorded conversations. My experience of Sky customer service has been fantastic.
