My experience is very similar to the negative reviews below. I have been trying to get my Vodafone broadband to work for several months now. I wish I had gone with a different provider. Each time they promise to fix it and each time (idiotically) I believe them. On each occasion it seems that a new problem arises: first the router was not delivered (their delivery person had a faulty machine apparently), then the router did not work, then they unilaterally cancelled my contract, then (after promising to accelerate the process) I restarted with them and again the router was not delivered on time, when it arrived it did not work, they promised to send an engineer, and AGAIN they unilaterally cancelled the contract. Now I have (stupidly) given them one more chance and it is no surprise to me that they stopped communicating with me. I have no idea whether an engineer is going to come and assist. They repeatedly promise callbacks or calls and do not follow through.
They have often repeated advice on fixing the router that did not work the first time (and unfortunately they are very bad at keeping track of the advice they have given to date).
I would try any other provider.
