Worst customer service I have experienced in 20 years. I sincerely hope that Vodafone go out of business as I'm clearly not the only person affected by the horrendous customer service and have also be blatantly lied to to coerce me into upgrading with them.
Told 3 times that after my upgrade, my account was in credit, then told via text message that I owed them money. I have been cut off 4 times in 3 weeks after assurances that the issue would be resolved, once they even blocked me calling their freephone number.
Imagine if I had been a vulnerable female with not access to another phone or another way to call them!
Keep away, absolutely disgusted with this joke of a company.
