One of the worst experiences I have had with this company in a while.
Made an Upgrade with new plan + new phone. Delivery drive came to my area twice with my package (phone) with the wrong address on it. Address was supplied by vodafone, although in my account is the correct address. I have called them in 3 different occasions and they said I will get the phone tomorrow. Tomorrow for the 3 days in a row is not tomorrow. DPD, another "amazing" / "UK's best" kinda company said its totally vodafone's fault and not theirs, although I have chosen for the package to be delivered to a neighbour (actually me and my address).
Decided to cancel the order and the new plan (which I was told I should give a ring in about a week to double check) and I will for sure cancel my current plan which expires in a few months. Glad I can take myself to another company that will probably be more serious and respectful of their customers.
Probably now, I will receive a standard reply to this review with : please contact us on tweeter or facebook so we can make things better.
