* The descent into farce began with a request to change my name…and ended with the obfuscation of all rational, and widely accepted models of basic human interaction, communication and decency.
* It included transgressions of human rights and data protection laws. And… they still wanted payment!
* It is almost as if… Vodafone are self-funding a kind of socio-economic experimentation model, and the self-selected study topic is; ‘Where exactly is the breaking-point when we, a corporate giant with vast levels of foreign investment, attempt to push as many buttons of our loyal customer-base as possible?’
