I have changed address and after a month and a half and 20 calls (not exaggerating here either) I was no closer to getting them to perform a home move. At no point was it Vodafone leading this either, I've been able to give them a date that the move would happen on for a month and calling them everyday after that point Frustratingly: 1. I can't speak to a human in the home moves department. 2. They don't call back, ever. Even when they say they will. Eventually after an hour of constantly calling today, I got through to someone who was helping me when they revealed that they were going to give me a new contract that was double the rate I was currently paying. There is no way that ANYONE would find that acceptable. I now have to pay off the rest of my existing contract without receiving the service that I'm paying for but that doesn't mean I have to be nice, in any way about Vodafone so, to anyone reading this, stay well away from them. At the very least I've learnt now never, ever to use any of their services again. They have terrible customer service, poor support processes, awful service all of which I can only assume is created as a result of a disdain for the people who are paying for their services. And this isn't to do with the individuals on the calls either when I did manage to talk to people. They were all very helpful and seemed that they were genuinely trying to do their jobs within the restrictions of Vodafones bureaucracy. -Alex
