Have been following up with Vodafone from last 41 days (since 23rd July)...for a correct bill with 10 tweets and 12 emails sent from my end, no response from the company (except the automated ones)... The issue is below:-
1) I have a bill which has an amount of INR 1400 odd figure. There is Amazon prime which is activated since 22nd July.
2) spoke to Vodafone care 4 times to deactivate (1st call on 23rd or 24th). - Nothing done.
3) spoke again after 3-4 days for the correct tbill, false hope given -but nothing done.
4) A reminder call again after 3-4 days for bill correction yet again, a fake promise.
5) Spoke again, where in I was informed to mark an email to Vodafone care.
Guys, please check my call record and bring the recording to use and train your staff. It seems you have untrained staff sitting and attending calls as they are not aware about their product and are just giving fake responses to resolve the issue at that very moment.
Kindly have some look into this on priority and correct my bill back to normal of 399++ for the month of July, so that I can pay!!
