Very bad experience! I want my shipment or the refund. Irresponsible shipping! It looks like my parcel was delivered to another person by mistake and Aramex did not even check the person's ID or phone. So they cannot get it back. Instead of talking to me, they are avoiding having to explain their mistake. Then, I got only the answering machine in the phone. I have filed a complaint against ARAMEX and also wrote to Vogacloset customers care. This looks like a scam. I will never order from them again! I have never received my order and I lost the money, a bit over 600 SAR.
