The customer service was downright terrible, and the delivery was shockingly unreliable. First off, the delivery was delayed by a staggering 21 days. Yes, 21 days! I had placed my order with the understanding that it would arrive within a reasonable timeframe, as stated on their website. However, the order was delayed for nearly three weeks without any proactive communication from their team. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update, only to receive vague responses that offered no real resolution. When I did get in touch with customer service, they offered little help. I was met with long wait times, unhelpful replies, and a lack of accountability. Every time I asked for a concrete solution or an estimated delivery date, I was given more empty promises with no follow-up.
