Its a horrible company i recommend don't fall in trap and work with them. They without informing change the policies. Its been 6 months now and they are still holding my rolling reserve and now declining to release it.
Vougepay is a big Scam company f@#$%^g very expensive , they have so many hidden charges for even small things. I am regretting to chose them as processors for my sales.
There is a guy "Benedict Okpe" he replies and gives support on his convenience.
Guys don't use them.
