Been waiting for my package for over 3 weeks now. The promised delivery time was 3-5 days. They said my adress was wrong, it was not. There wasn’t even a typo. A day after calling the customer service i received an e-mail that my package arrived. It did not, i looked everywhere. It still has not arrived and now I apparently have to prove to Volcom that i do not have it in order to get my money back….
