I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered...
A friend of mine loves the Volcom brand, I thought I'd buy him a nice Christmas present, right now I wish i'd just punched myself in the crotch instead, he'd have found it funny and it would have been a better experience for me too.
Originally I placed and order for a hoodie, it was cancelled due to no stock. I received a small discount voucher for my inconvenience so thought anyone can make a mistake, lets give them another go. I then chose a different hoodie, and also a cheeky beanie for my bud paid for (in part) by the nice discount.
I would have been better off licking a car battery.
Second order placed, paid, then shock horror cancelled - and this time I was told the refund would be for the hoodie - less my discount! So I have lost my discount, and my hoodie and right now I have zero refunds showing on my account.
I called customer service, and was told that they have dispatched the beanie so I will have to wait for that to be resolved before they can give me my money back!!!!
This is not customer service - right now it feels a little like robbery.
If I haven't had the refund in the next few days I am going to have to start the process of raising a dispute with my bank - which is as much fun as stubbing my toe. All the while I am out of pocket and my buddy doesnt have a christmas present.
If you have got this far reading this review. Save yourself a load of trouble - dont order from Volcom. My experience tells me you would be better off giving yourself a paper cut between your toes.
Avoid.
If I could give them less than one star I would.
Do not recommend.
