I called about getting a new grinder for our shop and the person I spoke with (wish I remembered your name) was SUPER helpful in answering questions about different grinders. He was knowledgeable about how often different brands need maintenance, speed and efficiency, and the specs. I originally felt like I needed the e65s gwb from Mahlkonig. After speaking with him, I decided to get the e80 Supreme and canceled the order I placed through a different business for the e65. Great experience with Voltage and they'll be my first choice from now on.
