The Primo is fantastic! The quality of the sound is excellent! I am very happy I purchased the Primo.
I must add a small “however.” However, the instructions for implementing the Primo into my system is probably fine for your technically proficient customers, but not for someone like me. With the help of a friend who has a Primo, I got it up and running. It isn’t that complicated once you know, so I think you could provide a better step-by-step set of instructions woukd be a good idea. And use diagrams.
