I prefer a product that is designed and manufactured to perform the fuction it is intended to perform without extra bells and whisles that I consider a distraction that Introduces unnecesary complexity and Increases the probablilty for potential issues. The Primo is exactly that It was designed and built to do what it is suposed to do and to do it well. There was a very recent update to the Primo software that I wanted to update. Contated Customer and Technical support to Install the upgrade and they Immediately Informed how to download the upgrade fast, free, easy. The high caliber of customer support is at a level that all other companies should aspire to attain (well done, keep up the good work).
