In April this year I tried to contact "Volumio" with regard to their erratic commercial processes and the low performance quality of Volumio 3.
I finally received a response on 4 July.

Many thanks for your delayed response.
I must admit that I rarely find organisations as unresponsive as those of Volumio, its partners and owners.
I did not receive any response whatsoever.
I eventually renewed my subscription for another year at the lowest price I could find on the web, emails etc.
At that time, I could not find a suitable alternative.
Today I am using Volumio to stream Spotify and every playlist jumps from track to track for at lease half a dozen times before playing a track...... Here it goes again........
I have no problems streaming directly from Spotify.
The loading of Qobuz seems to be a random process, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
I see you are launching a new product which has at its heart Volumio 3, are you sure it is ready?
I will definitely look very, very hard to find an alternative when I am asked next year, by the most unfriendly organisation in the world, to renew my subscription.
If you are considering Volumio I suggest, like me, you try to find an alternative. Oops, my tracks are jumping again,,,,,,,
