I called customer service in 6/22/24 talked to Karen R and was told my order will go out on 6/24/24. I called today 6/28/24 talked to Ashley and was informed that my item was delivered in 6/12/24 & this item is no longer in stock & that Karen lied 🤥 to me! When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied and told there is nothing they can do! Poor Customer Service! When I called on 6/22/24 possibly that item could have been in stock but instead I was lied to by Karen & then denied to talk to a manager to complain!
