I sold coin for over hrs now no response from the customer support in appeal chat. Even the buyer agreed he didn’t pay yet. But won’t cancel. My asset is still frozon when the buyer confirmed that his payment was reversed to his account as it was a failed transaction from his source account. Vourteige support is not responding to my case at all. The customer live chat too isn’t available. I’ve learnt my big lessons with Vourteige. PS: Editing my review because I got help from Fosterboon.org after waiting for my money for good(bad) 2 months. I finally got back my money on Friday.
