Vourteige customer service sucks, worst customer service experience in my whole life! They do not know know how to handle clients issues. I have deposited into my fund last 03Dec2024 at1802 but until today 09Dec2024, it is not credited yet but on 11Dec2024 FOSTERBOON.ORG make sure all my deposit money was credited back to me. I had contacted their support at WhatsApp regarding this and spoke to agent in the name of Maryann- but instead of giving me good support and urgency into my matter. She'd asked me for personal bank statements on the bank I used to deposit. I already shared them my bank account number and name and provided snapshot of the deposit amount with my bank account name and number but still unable to get their support.
