Can't pause a contract/sim until you've signed in to your account using that sim. So I've now been paying monthly payments for months as I'm literally unable to stop my contract for a sim I can't use. Customer service is an absolute joke, the AI bot isone of the worst I've ever encountered. I am just paying 10 a month for nothing with no way to stop it. Avoid at all costs
