I strongly do not recommend this agency. The illustrators does great work. Unfortunately, it’s foreshadowed by the sales/management team who oversees the illustrators work. I was made promise after promise by the management team about completion dates,etc. Even spoke with supervisors, last one was Casper, regarding my complaint. Was promised that I would receive return calls regarding my project, only to go days without no follow-up by Vox. I even paid for my ISBN number, months ago, and didn’t receive it until 3 months later. When I asked about the barcode that goes with the ISBN #, J was told that I would have to pay extra money per Casper. This has been the worst experience solely because of the sales/ management team. Sadly, the actual illustrators probably have no idea about the unprofessionalism of those who supervise them.
