In this Covid time of lesser exercise I chose to adopt the 14/6 fasting routine to cut excess calories. Starting my day with Voya organic herbal tea takes the edge off the mornings allowing me to easily put off my first meal until noon. Although I prefer fennel infusions, sometimes the peppermint or chamomile suits the mood of my day. Great products!
