I have recently placed two orders for cushions. The first order was left in my neighbour's garden below the postbox.
The second order was delivered to a housing estate two miles away. I only found out where it was when the householder put a photo of my full name and address on facebook. I then had to go and collect it.
I e mailed Voyage customer service, got no reply, then e mailed again and was told the DPD driver was confused. What a pity. I loved the cusions and wanted to order more but I am afraid it will not arrive.
