Хочу обновить отзыв двухнедельной давности. VPN заработал очень хорошо. Скорость стала соответствовать заявленной, даже чуть чуть выше. Искомый Альфа банк по состоянию на 14.01.23 стал открываться с ноута (не исключено, что сам банк что то у себя всё таки поправил). Успехов приложению и команде разработчиков!
