Hello. I am afraid to say, that having to sacrifice almost My entire day, after a brand new purchase at the weekend, was a comlete waste of time. I bought a brand new Innoken device from the store in York, which was recommended by My regular VPZ Ouulet. I encountered initial problems with vape liquid leaking into My mouth, which, via phone call & in person (after a second uneceesary trip into town & paying carpark fees )brought to the attention of the store manager in York. I left the store after 'recommendation' & am having the exact same problems. I did ask for a replacement, however, for some reason, the 'Manager' basically fobbed Me off.
The customer service overall I found was, tremendously below par, borderline apalling. I sincerely hope as a long valued customer that this can be rectified.
