Thank you VQ for a great customer service. The response was quick and I was able to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I ordered items for a gift, and found out in the meantime that the person I got the present for doesn’t like one item. So I contacted VQ customer service and Immanuel cancelled my entire order immediately. Big thanks to Immanuel for his help, and to Vanquish Fitness for excellent customer service. Now I am ready to make another order with the right items!
