I made a purchase during the black friday sale and understand there were items out of stock. It took me a while to finalize my purchase because some items that drove me to the site weren't available but I still decided to try out the brand and submitted a purchase. Now, I get charged and get validation that my order will be placed BUT, shortly afterwards I get an email stating an item I purchased was out of stock not only that I had to reply if I wanted a refund or and exchange that didn't bother me that much but then I continue reading as they state my order will not be sent until they see the option I choose and I didn't get a reply. So they have my money and now I'm going to wait even longer for my items to begin the shipping process and add even more time since it's the holidays and the shipment will be delayed. If the product was out of stock, it shouldn't have been available for purchase. I want to know what the company will do to make up for their mistake. And I'm still waiting on my refund.
