Recently had to return some items so have detailed some observation of my personal experience with Vanquish.
- Firstly the extended returns window for Black Friday and Christmas items was a godsend!!
- The form was quick and easy to complete.
- My refund was processed very efficiently by Jordan who kept me well informed of the next stage.
Cannot fault Vanquish and their returns process at all.
