I returned 2 items for a size exchange. I used the post offices first class signed for service. After a week I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email to query. Charlotte got straight in touch with me firstly to apologise and then simply requested a copy of my post office receipt. Once I sent this, within 24 hours my exchange was on its way to me. I found Charlottes customer service excellent. This is the first time I have had to query anything, as all my orders and return exchanges with Vanquish have always been straight forward with no hassle at all.
