I've purchased multiple items from Vanquish Fitness over time and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and style of their products. Recently however a pair of sweatpants that I purchased had an issue with fading so I contacted a representative whose name was Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely courteous, prompt and helpful. She examined the pants via photos that I sent and advised me that they should be replaced. Chelsea offered to replace the exact style and colour or to send me a voucher to the value of the original purchase, including the postage, so I could buy a different item. The issue was resolved that easily, I didn't expect such great customer service, I couldn't ask for more. After dealing with Chelsea I can say that I have full confidence in continuing to purchase from Vanquish Fitness as the customer service is amazing. Thanks Nick
